Citizen was referred by Lee Huss regarding dead tree in the NW corner of this lot, which is apparently in the city ROW for Clifton Ave. Says Huss turned in work order to have tree removed in February. She wants to make sure that it is on the schedule and know when it will be done.
Old furniture and debris on front porch, front lawn is unmowed.
There is a split tree on this corner, from the last big storm. Half the tree is on the roof of the home at the southwest corner of Grimes & Stull, and the other half is still standing, although precariously. The home appears to be unoccupied. The limbs are obscuring the view of traffic.
complaint is about rubble left on property from new driveway. also concerned with dead tree on the corner and weeds that have reached 4 feet tall. did not give name or phone but said will call me on thrusday (7/24/97)
Vacant house. Lawn needs mowed. Bicycles and junk everywhere.
Occupant is Daniel Bynum. Neighbor believes he is in late 80's, and is very confused. Adult Protective Service told her to call us about yard. He is dumping garbage and newspapers in back, and lawn is unmowed. He lives alone, and Adult Protective Services will try to help him.
Mr. Taliaferro called to say that the weeds in the field near his home need to be cut down because they've become overgrown. He sees this as a potential danger.
The grass is unmowed at this apartment building, next door to complaintant.
Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.
