Citizen says there is a large tree limb down to the west side of her property. She insists that this is a city easement and city should remove it - says the county always took care of it before. On 9/2 a car pulling a trailer filled his dumpster. Cost them an extra pick-up. Plate # is 53S 2060. He called the police dept & was told to call CE. He does not want any legal action taken on individual but would like a name & address so that he could write them about this incident.

Alley behind this property full of yard clippings, tree limbs etc. Skunks, racoons, snakes, opossums, & probably rats live in this. Complaintant said they have complained before but "no action from the city". See attached letter from complaintant for more info.
