Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She said she asked for a trash can @ entrance to the park last year and now it is gone. There is trash everywhere. She and her husband are in their 70's and have been cleaning trash @ the park for 40 years. She wants another trash can and big sign "NO LITTERING."
