Mike has been getting complaints about the weeds, grass, and broken glass on the whole S.T. Simecon site. There weeds growing through the sidewalks on the whole block and broken glass on the sidewalks.
The grass in the yard is still to high. He has complainted before. He wants it mowed.
The grass is too tall. This is the second complaint.
THE GRASS IN THIS LAWN IS KNEE HIGH. THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN MOWED ALL YEAR. THE COMPLAINTANT WANTS BOTH THE FRONT YARD AND BACK YARD MOWED AND RAKED!
The citizen runs through this area each morning and there are bushes in front of 403 that obstruct the sidewalk making it very difficult.
Ms. Inman lives @ 403 E. 20th. The apartment complex beside her moved their dumpster onto her property line. The smell is terrible when the wind blows. Please Knock on Ms. Inmans door when you drive-by. If she is not home than call her with any info.
