I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. Excessive growth in front and back of property

Bamboo and other weeds that have grown into trees. I complain and the homeowner never does anything about it year after year!

The Side walk on the west side of the street is over grown with weeds making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.

This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.
