The empty lot to the East of 420 W. 2nd Street has trees/bushes overhanging onto the sidewalk. The trees/bushes are so overgrown they completely block this portion of sidewalk causing people to walk in the tree plot.
House appears to be abandoned grass has not been cut at all this growing season. House is an eye sore.

The bushes have over grown the sidewalk at the southeast corner of 1st & Walker causing people to have to walk in the street.
