These are our neighbors and this has been an ongoing problem since August 2025 since they have moved in. There is always trash around their property but it’s an even bigger problem now because their trash is so excessive it is blowing on to the streets and on our front lawn, backyard, and driveway. I am having to pick up a few pieces of their trash every single day. On the days they take their trash bins to the front on Sunday for trash day, they leave their bin out on the sidewalk and don’t take it back in for 5+ days every single time. They have boxes of trash that have been sitting on the sidewalk for 2 weeks now. I have tried to tell them kindly to pick up their trash but they just ignore me. I think the stoplights reset themselves and now it goes through the entire cycle. This is causing significant back ups on country club toward bugs gym.

Large pothole (over 2 feet in diameter) in left lane of N College Avenue, just past the crossover road (N Old Indiana 37) from N College Ave to N Walnut St. Map is attached.

Did the Graduate hotel also reach an agreement with the church to the north across the street (first Christian church) for their liquor license, that church also being within 200 feet of the premises? (See case 208989)

These trash cans have been left in the street for at least six weeks
