Re 1536 so Andrew Cir. 47401. #46187-002. We live at 1548 so Andrew Cir and own the adjoining lot which has a sprinkler system but no structures. It is undeveloped. Over the past three months we have been billed for a medium cart at $16.48 per month. We never ordered this cart and have been getting bounced from utilities to sanitation trying to resolve the issue. The city owes us $49.44 and we want this error removed from any future billing. Greetings, We are a contractor for City Parks, providing security. Almost daily our Incident reports are sent to multiple city employees, however, some of the City employees stopped receiving our reports on the 20th of December and some on the 28th of December. We went to our contractor for Incident Reports and they confirmed the reports are being sent out. Also, we have other clients and none of them are reporting an issue. There are people smoking in the building at the apartment( Governor Park Apartments)when its a non smoking building. I have reported it to my landlord but nothing will be done because they cant catch them smoking in thier apartment. I live on the bottom floor and its coming from above me. The same goes for smoking marijuana. It reeks through the whole building I don't know how my landlord is not notice it mad or they just ignore it it is literally making me sick to my stomach a week is in both cigarettes and marijuana smells. Its one thing that its cigarettes but the Marijuana is illegal and they KNOW what unit its coming from but do not do anything about it sadly. Please help

The side street is before the Pawn shop. Not sure the exact address but its 4750 North Lenzy Way but not the front entrance. if you are heading towards Ellettsville from Bloomington its the side road on the right side. It goes Into my apartment Governor Park Apartments in the back way. Its a popular side street and used very frequently by the Rumpke Trash pick who have been complaining how bad the side street is. The road is almost impossible to drive down without my car bottoming out from torn up asphalt and when I say there are potholes that and under statement the WHOLE road is a one big pot hole. This is the only way I can take my trash out is to drive back to this side road with my car. There is a HUGE area that needs filled in where the asphalt turns into gravel that floods severly. Please fix. Please
