The grass is well over 8" tall and there are weeds around the fire hydrant that are over 12" tall. Also, there is trash and litter everywhere and furniture all over the yard-front, side and back.

There is a mattress place here and the dumpster is always overflowing with trash and mattresses stacked around the dumpster and trash blowing onto IU property all of the time.
