Applebee's Grill & Bar in the College Mall has a dumpster located between Applebee's and Sear which always has a foul smell. Ms. Davidson stated that when you walk approx. 20 feet from the dumpster, the smell is terrible. She also said that other Applebees (including Wisconsin) dumpsters do not smell like this, and the dumpster should be steamed after it is emptied.

Residents living at 624 S. Fess put their trash on University Street along the tree row. They don't put stickers on trash so its not picked up; they just continue to add to the pile.

Rental property has bushes that needs trimmed. Rocks and mud fall onto the sidewalk from the yard. The lawn is only mowed once or twice a year. Trash and bottles in the yard. The mess continues to get worse.
