Anonymous complainant reports an overflowing dumpster in front of her house by her driveway, which does not belong to her. She reported that a landlord who owns a lot of rentals on W. 12th St. and on Maple Street placed the dumpster in front of her house so that his tenants could use the dumpster. She does not know the landlord's name. She believes that this dumpster sits on her property, and she is concerned with the mess.

Possible commercial property. They are getting City trash collection. If commercial, let them know they need to have private hauler.
Trash has been piling up for some time next to the day care center.
Illegal dumping (3-4 bags of trash) in K & S Country Market dumpster. Name found on trash is: Jennifer Mary Theisen, 612 E. 1st St., telephone 323-2612. Three other girls names also found with the same address. Four female residents living at 612 E. 1st St.
Dumpster overflowing behind 3452 John Hinkle Place. Trash not being picked up when it is suppose to be picked up.
Neighbor complained that residents at 934 W. Kirkwood are not putting tags on their trash; therefore the trash is piling up. She also reported that she thinks the rental is now 4 units, because she said that 4 people reside at that residence.
Remodelling (installing partitions) & abandoned refrigerator in front yard.
