The vacant lot at Pinewood Dr. & Pinewood Lane is unmowed. It is owned by the city. The grass is past knee high. Complaintant mowed it himself at least once last year. The company the city hired to cut this lot has only mowed it once this year.
This is a vacant lot that is overgrown w/trash, old tires, rats, and there are small children playing there.
Large blue house in the 600 block of Alexander (corner Cottage Grove & Alexander ?) has huge pile up of trash in back. Hasn't been moved for 2 months.
Tree by west side of house (back yard) is hitting cable and phone wires. Telephone company told her it was City's responsibility. Sounds more like a utility easement or private property. Please check out and let her know.

Weeds are 3' tall all around the property.
The weeds are so high at the SW corner of Morton & 11th St. that it is causing problems for traffic.
Residents set trash out days ahead of Sanitation pick up. Trash has been sitting out for 6-7 days.
