Large vacant lot on S. Walnut St. Pike, just south of Willow Manor Apartments, has not been mowed all summer. Ms. Unger said that she filed a complaint two weeks ago but owner, Jeff Jones, has not mowed yet.

The building directly north of the Herald-Times building has a lot of trash on the south side of the building. Also old mattresses, abandoned vehicle, an RV with possibly two people living in it. Staff from the Herald-Times have chased rats back onto this property (through the fence). Problem is getting progressivly worse.
Right behind the Save-A-Lot store on N. College; there is a trailor that was on fire. There is trash, furniture and other debris in the yard. It's attracting various rodents and possible safety problem. The situation has been like this for about 3 months.
