ON 1015 OR 1017 EAST FIRST STREET THERE ARE GARBAGE AT THE END OF THE YARD IN FRONT OF THE HOUSES. THEY ARE NEVER TAKEN IN, JUST REFILLED ON PICKUP DAYS. SOMETIMES THE CANS BLOW OVER ONTO THE SIDEWALKS.

Elm Heights Pres. reports rats in the Wyliey/1st St. at Woodlwan area. I called T&D to ask if during theri excavations they ahve seen any rats they said no. So lets make sure ALL weeds, brush piles, and trash are taken care of in this area. Do a total sweep of the area. Call her ASAP and let her know what you are going to do.
