Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. My neighbor has many five gallon buckets lined up next to his house filled with water. I am worried that they will spread mosquitos and disease and they are right next to my property.
