3 foot tall weeds, 2 trees down in yard for over 2 years stuff in yard- toys, swing set, dog house, etc.-believes it is all trash or junk, fence falling down into neighbor's yard

HIGH GRASS IS 2 FT HIGH
Hawkins says there is an unimproved alley between her house, 906, and 912 W. 6th. She said there are limbs, from the trees on the 912 side, hanging into the alley way. She says it's a mess. She would like someone to call her after they look at the problem.
Approx. half the alley behind 912 W 2nd St (alley between 2nd and Howe) is overgrown. Cars cannot pass through without veering into church parking lot.
High Weeds
The grass and vegetation on the hill from sidewalk to the yard has not been mowed all year. The grass and other vegetation (weeds) are now laying down and blocking the sidewalk.
