The neighborhood has attempted to assist, but the house remains in poor condition. Other residents are currently trying to sell their properties or have attempted to do so without success. cannot see address but located around 210 s. Hillsdale. They dumped a year ago truckloads of dirt in the front and have done nothing with it the yard is often overgrown. This looks bad for the neighborhood and is obvious not being cared for. Can nothing be done to make them restore this to a house that fits into the neighborhood. I am sure you cannot dump weed and tree trunks filled dirt in the front yard and do nothing about it. Please get on this because it affects our property values. You cannot miss the dirt in the front yard
