My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?
Trying to sign up online for E-bill and the option to do so is not available. I can log in, but then can see my bill, see my usage, etc., but there is no option for E bill. Please advise.
I know I'm supposed to find my new account number on my new bill to log into the new system to pay my utilities bill. I've waited a couple of months now, but haven't received a new utility bill (via mail). I got my account # via Alan Schertz and will pay as much of my utility bill as I can when I get paid tomorrow, but I just wanted to let you know I'm not receiving my bill anymore. Thanks!
I emailed a couple days ago about my service and having problems with my billing situations. I received one bill since I moved in and after I paid it i did not receive anymore. I was called and informed that I owe 140 odd dollars on this account, which i have no problem with since it is what is due. The only problem is the bill that I got for the first month at this location must have a different account number than where I am currently being charged because when I look up the balance it states zero. Is there anyway I can get my actual account number so I can pay this off. I tried to call today but the office was closed due to elections, but i would probably need my account number anyways to pay it. My utilities bill covering services from 01/02/2013 - 01/31/2013 indicate a charge of $61.76. My water was shut off during this period. Please suggestion an answer. Thanks
I need to have my water switched over from my old house to my new apartment. My old address was 1204 N. Lincoln st, and my new one is 1720 N. Lincoln St. This needs to happen as soon as possible. Thank you.
