TRG Management owns the trailer park that I live in. I have had no pipes bust or leak at all even during the cold weather. My pipes are also insulated with heat tape. I have never once paid for my water being over $60 last month it was $50 and the property manager Jenny Bowles will not show me any proof or graphs of usage of water only attaches what the meter read. I used the same amount of water as I did last month my kitchen sink is currently getting remodeled. So I haven’t used that either. I just don’t think something is right about this and I would like it to be resolved.

We have recently purchased the home at 835 Sheridan Dr. Bloomington. I would like to pay the water bill for this online as we are not fully moved there yet. I did not receive my bill this month and it is not on the website, but I already made my payment with a surcharge, only the balance due appears. I have had months of harassment on my account first charging me 28 to 40 dollars in my bill, the cover of my water meter was out of place for days and then I went to the office where they shouted to me that it was my fault the wrong size of my garbage cart and now not only does not get my receipt, you do not put it on the internet paging for me to know, now that you are charging me. Someone knows why and can inform me?

my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I need pay just a small car, because a choose small cart . Is there somebody help me with other adjustment and fix my bill again. Monroe county Bloomington Indiana22/2018.
