my water bill says that we did not use any water for 37 days. I believe this is a mistake because we have been home.
To whom it may concern, I received a water bill that stated that my house used 15 units of water, when we average around 4 units. I called to discuss this bill and had an extremely poor experience. I was connected to a customer service representative, Laurie, who treated me very unprofessionally. As I was explaining my situation, Laurie devalued my statements, spoke over me, laughed at me, and negated everything that I said. To say that I am disappointed with the quality of service is an understatement. I have always had a positive experience with the City of Bloomington, however, this was an anomaly. I hope that the proper actions will be taken. Thank you.
I need to have my water switched over from my old house to my new apartment. My old address was 1204 N. Lincoln st, and my new one is 1720 N. Lincoln St. This needs to happen as soon as possible. Thank you.
Good morning! We have 4 client accounts which never received the mailed invoice this month. They just generated on a missing bill report and I just pulled them from the website. Please protect the following accounts from service disruption and waive any late fees as a courtesy for 14 days to allow us time to process the bills and issue payment. The online payment site for Bloomington Utility payments has been down for two days now. I hope that late fees will be waived once the system is back up.
