LETTER WAS REC'D. FROM MS. THRASHER REQUESTING THAT CBU ALLOW MORE MONTHS DURING WHICH CREDIT IS ALLOWED FOR WATERING LAWNS.

Customer requested appeal for adjustment to bill due to heavy watering needed during Sept. 2004. Will be notified when next USB Admin. Subcommittee mtg. is held.
Letter rec'd. from Charles Short stated that tenant at 2355 S. Zona St. left leaving delinquent account at CBU. Does not think he should be responsible for bill since he was not notified of tenant's delinquency.
Customer would like adjustment on large bill due to watering during the month of September 2004.
Account in name of Sharyn Riley, but letter from James C. Riley, requested adjustment on account due to heavy watering of lawn in September in midst of dry spell.
Letter to USB requested refund of irrigation payments made since meter was turned off and for revision of policy.
Letter rec'd. from Robert Jones, attorney, who represents Blgtn. Country Club (BCC). BCC wants to question increases in water & related charges. Have obtained assistance from Gary Kent to resolve this matter. Have not been able to receive requested information.
Letter rec'd. from Mr. Lauer stating that he did not feel that he should be responsible for rent owed by former tenant, Jeff Barrett. Mr. Lauer says he did not receive notice of the 2-years bills and would like matter referred to USB for resolution.
customer feels $54 charge is unfair. She signed to have the service turned on in advance but utilities was unable to leave the water on. She called on a saturday to have the water turned on. She feels if she had been more informed about make sure all faucets needed to be off and the possibility of a problem this could have been avoided. The letter has been forwarded to Administration.
Mr. Norris sent letter complaining about January & February bills, infrequent meter readings, and inefficient accounting system.
