Customer doesn't like that on her new bill it says $0.00 balance due but at the bottom says the amount being taken out of her bank account. She has aqua-pay. She says this is confusing. Also says phone number should be on the bill someplace.

Customer concerned about two things on new billing format. When they are an aqua-pay customer it says balance due $0.00 but under that says the amount being debited from their account. Customer says it is confusing. Also said a phone number to call should be on the bill.

Mr. Waters has called and visited numerous times. He feels he should be credited $50 because he was on vacation and did not use that amount of water. His meter was tested and no problems were found.
