FITZGERALD'S PROPERTY; THEREFORE, MR. BLACKWELL WATERED HIS LAWN EXTENSIVELY. MR. FITZGERALD IS REQUESTING THAT HIS SEWER BILL BE REDUCED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE SUMMER MONTHS. MR. BLACKWELL ASKED THAT THIS REQUEST BE PRESENTED TO THE UTILITIES SERVICE BOARD.
