NEW BILL $34.43 BILL USUALLY $6.42.
Mr. David Randolph (of IIG, Inc.) stopped in to complain that his water was shut off due to delinquency on a $30.00 acct. The shutoff cost him over $600.00 in loss of production. Mr. Randolph stated the shutoff could potentially have cost him machinery of plus pose an environmental hazard.
Mr. Blessing called and stated that he owns a piece of property that contains 4 houses. He has disputes with the utility bills for these 4 houses and has talked to Steve Saulter. Mr. Blessing wants to take his complaint to the USB Admin. Subcommittee.
Customer called to suggest that a phone number be printed on the bill so customers don't have to look number up in the phone book....
Complaint rec'd. in Spring of 2003 re. large bill for 2016 E. Viva Drive. Customer requested review by USB Admin. Subcommittee
Owner, Robert Crider, wants to protest his being held responsible for large unpaid bill for tenant Amanda Choi. He states he did not receive notification of delinquent bill.
Letter from Mr. Ludwig stated that he was gone two weeks last month and his bill was doubled. He talked to Angie Grubb who had check made for leaks. None were found. Mr. Ludwig wrote to USB to have bill lowered.
Mr. Kennedy called and requested that the summer watering credits be extended this year due to the extremely dry conditions.
MR. MILLMAN WROTE LETTER STATING THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVE SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK UNTIL AFTER THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. HIS UTILITY BILL IS DUE ON THE 26TH. HE REQUESTED THAT HIS DUE DATE BE CHANGED BECAUSE IT IS NECESSARY THAT HE PAY DELINQUENT FEES EACH MONTH.
