Ms. Knoy requested a reduction of sewer charges due to leak in building.
Mr. Thompson called because he did not want to make unpaid sewer payments for his tenants at 724 W. Dixie and 2504 S. Rogers who did not pay bills.
Mr. Adams received large bill for former residence on 1221 N. Maple St. He wrote requesting info how this amount could be so large. Mr. Waller states that Cust. Serv. had wrong social security # on notice and that application could not be located. Would like an explanation.
Mr. Blessing called and stated that he owns a piece of property that contains 4 houses. He has disputes with the utility bills for these 4 houses and has talked to Steve Saulter. Mr. Blessing wants to take his complaint to the USB Admin. Subcommittee.
Customer feels that his bill is excessive and requests that an adjustment be made. Piece on stool that holds handle to the bottom broke. Customer states that CBU employee could find no leaks and flipped a switch in toilet and stated that the problem was solved. Customer feels that CBU should have checked more closely.
Received large bill from 3-4 years ago that tenants did not pay. Does not feel she should have to pay when account should have automatically been switched to her name when tenants moved. Should have been notified previously.
Letter received from Harold G. Carter for McDoel Baptist Church. Customer claims that charges he received were not his and belonged to another customer.
Letter states that customer was not informed about a $54.00 charge, that water was not turned on as stated, and that Jennifer (Customer Relations rep.) was rude. States she will not pay $54.00 charge no matter what is done to her account.
Ms. McGlaun stated she was billed for tenant's delinquent payments after his moving from her property. Does not feel she should be liable since she was not notified promptly of delinquent bill.
