Sherry Downey, Gen. Mgr. of Millennium Prop. Mgmt. requested a review by USB Admin. Subcommittee and is asking for an adjustment on water bill from leak at Rolling Ridge Apts.
CUSTOMER SUGGESTS THE RETURN ADDDRESS BE ON THE BILL.
I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message. I signed up for billing and paid all my past bills over the phone, but I was told that I would be sent a login number for the portal. I haven't received this login, and therefore have been unable to pay my utility.
Ms. Stewart requested that late charge fees be removed from acct. for Univ. Commons Apts. due to delays in mail - bills not received timely.
Mrs. Hughes called on 6/12/02 to talk about her bill. She said she was not credited for last payment and recd. bill for 4000 gallons for 1 week. I referred her to Margaret Dalle-Ave. Mrs. Hughes requested # for IURC which I gave to her.
Letter rec'd. and phone call rec'd. stating that Mr. Vencel would like to appear water and wastewater bills for August and September 2004. They do not feel there were any leaks and want to appeal.
customer would like for someone to contact her concerning new stormwater charges. She is extremely unhappy with amount she is being billed..
We had our landlord come and check out the house and they didnt find any leaks. We’ve been gone all month so there’s no way we could’ve used that much water. What can we do to ensure that we don’t have to pay a huge bill for water we couldn’t have used? Thanks
