Hello! It is that wonderful time of year when the water taste so gross again! I know what causes it, I know that you all work so hard to get it cleaned and tasting good again and I thank you for that! I was wondering if you all had a timeline by chance of when it will be taste good to drink again. I feel like it is happening later this year which I was hoping it wasn't going to but here we hare. As others have reported recently, the tap water taste is bad, reminiscent perhaps of 2021's high-algae taste.

My water line was hoked up last week to the new supply that has been installed on N Hancock Dr. I expected a bit of flavor difference, but this plastic taste is NOT diminishing. I have run water for 1/2 hour in the house a couple times, but no great success. Could you please flush the new lines at the hydrants ? Bill Goodhew

Our #fluoridelawsuit against the EPA resumes Tues June 14th at 2:30pm PT. We sued the EPA because their #fluoride standard is not protective of public health. It’s going well so far. The water is tasting like dirt like it did this time last year. Is it possible to treat the water sooner this year? We had to buy bottled water for two months last year because it tasted so bad. Thank you!

recently my water has begun tasting like dirt/pond water like it did in the spring with heavy rain. It smells this way as well. I live in SE Bloomington in Hyde Park neighborhood and hear others are experiencing this as well. Thank you.
