(01/21/98) MR SMITH STOPPED IN TO SAY THAT THE DIPSTICK WAS THE PROBLEM.
HEATER IS A GAS HEATER AND IS LESS THAN 3 YRS OLD.

Mr Garret was referred to SG by Ed Sherfield. T&D has put a water line in that serves Mr Garret. Since water has been turned back on customer has experienced milky water. Also water does not taste good. SG advised customer he was experiencing air in the new water line and it should clear soon. SG gave customer his phone number and advised customer to call back if there is no improvement in two days.
