Greetings, I spoke briefly with a street maintenance crew as they were working in front of my home - and thought I'd share the conversation here. Over the past few years, the gutter from in front of our home (1504 E Elliston) on down to Fenway Pl has deteriorated significantly to the point that our driveway & yard are sinking as well. I'm no longer able to get my cars out of my driveway without scraping the bottom. When we get major rainstorms, I've noticed that the water runs directly into the ground from the gaps in the gutters & road, which I'd imagine contributes to the gutters & road sinking. I appreciate that they were out there patching the holes, but the patching really is very temporary from my observation. I was wondering if the city would have any plans to shore up the foundation, perhaps rebuild the gutters in a way that my driveway/yard won't continue to sink. Your consideration would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
Deep pothole in East-bound lane. West of roundabout where road is rough.
Hoping to have a street sweeper come for the dried dirt/muddy mess that was left from fiber optic internet installation on this portion of Hunter. Quite a mess. Not sure it will be taken care of by rain as it is thick in parts.
Lots of mud on 17th and Dunn due to construction for apartments across from Memorial Stadium. Also, the City of Bloomington app to report issues is no longer working with iOS11.
numerous shallow potholes and several deep ones in southbound lane of Smith Rd. between Moores Pike and St. Remy Dr. Some in northbound lane as well.
big hole in the street needs to be filled. dangerous for bikes and a killer for auto alignment. Left behind by a company digging internet lines.
Greetings, The section of E Rhorer Rd between S Walnut Street Pike and S Sare Rd is full of potholes specially on one side of the road, and couple of them are deep. These have proven to be difficult to avoid as some of them are on top of a hill where you can't see the incoming traffic and it's unsafe to go over the lines to the opposite lane. These have been there for over a month now, and as I drive there everyday, I am afraid this may damage my car if these weren't fixed. Thanks.
Big pothole on northbound side of road
Giant pothole in the road eastbound that is difficult to avoid because of the size and gave me a flat tire.
