I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. There is an excessive build up of sand on the street at S. Morton Street and W. 2nd Street. The sand is on Morton, to the north of 2nd. A lot of cyclists come from the B-Line and get onto Morton at 2nd to head into the Prospect Hill Neighborhood. A friend I was riding with almost bit the dust (or, ate sand) trying to make the turn right there onto Morton on Sunday. Can this get swept up and cleared away? Thanks!
