Due to the constant barrage of construction vehicles, the increased traffic due to the construction of I69, school buses are having to run off of the road because there is so little room for them and Mack trucks to fit. The road is crumbling and making people drive off of the road and into my neighbor's yard. Increasing danger for everyone who uses this road. It is directly across from 2730 W That Rd.
I received a phone call today saying that the potholes I reported last week had been repaired. After inspecting the area at around noon I found this not to be the case. I suspect the person who evaluated the situation was noticing that some alley repair had been completed in the spring/summer at the street entrance however about ten to twenty yards up from the street entrance is where the problem area is. Old pavement has crumbled away and cars are bottoming out. To remind you of the location, this is the first alleyway on the south side of 6th street east of Adams. It is a very high traffic alley way due to the fact that there is off street parking for several apartments on Kirkwood behind my house (1221 W. 6th). If you follow the alley way around to the left (exiting on Pine Street) you will find many more problem spots. I hope these issues can be addressed soon before the really bad weather arrives. Thank you!
Alley between and parallel to 2nd and University / Lincoln and Grant. VERY large holes, particularly to the west. Thank you.
Pothole on west side of Morton in the city parking area. This fills with water and could be a trip hazard.
Thank you for patching the street next to my drive way at 553 N. Plymouth Road. I will keep an eye on it. It was nice to come home and find the work had been done.
Pothole on E First, between the intersection with Rogers and the B-Line trail, on the right hand side if you are going towards the Trail.
theres a huge dip here, there was just construction there but the dip wasnt fixed. at least put a sign up saying 'bump' please.
98th Street West of Normandale Boulevard, Westbound right lane, just West of 2 small median trees. About size of a steering wheel and 3-4 inches deep. I know 98th is bad, and I do not expect others to be fixed, but this one is bad being in the left wheel track and is easily missed especially in evening. Thanks
The west entrance to the shopping center that contains Staples and Barnes and Noble from Pete Ellis Drive is in terrible shape again. I understand that it is hard to keep this intersection smooth due to the different elevations of the two streets at this entrance, but the potholes are back and are capable of vehicle damage. The damaged area is right where the entrance road begins and Pete Ellis Drive crosses. Thank you for your prompt and excellent responses to my reports.
