Yesterday, two men came down the street in vests cleaning. They had two big shovels with them and shoveled all of the debris and dirt out of the both sides of the sides of the street and threw it onto my property. This previously nice white gravel, well-kept parking place now looks like this. I don’t figure there’s anything that can be done retrospectively, but it would be nice if the city would these workers to not do this to other people’s property.

Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. I reported a fence that was destroyed in a one-person wreck in our neighborhood at a city owned easement and was told it was being looked into. This wreck happened at the dead-end of Thorton and Troy CT. on 1/18/2022 and was reported and assigned to Danna Workman on 1/20/2022. There is still a large area of fence missing. Our neighbor cleaned up the pieces that were hanging off.

Referring to case #170992, the issues reported in that case are problems that I have also reported for the area of Oolitic Dr between the 800s and W. 11th St. Not only can the structure and design of N. Oolitic Dr not handle heavy construction equipment, but it can't handle the increased work traffic in general. Once the traffic increases exponentially due to the new apartments, it's going to become a true mess. We all ask that N. Oolitic Dr be reconstructed with sidewalks on both sides up against curbs, street lights, shared bike lane painting, crosswalk painting, fixed drainage at W. 12 St, new heavier duty road surface, and a little more respect and dignity given to our street and our Forest Homes Addition neighborhood. After all, this will only add to the appeal of Union at Crescent Point. Please pass both this and Tony Nunn's report to Adam Wason as well. Thank you.
