Pot hole filling debris all over the road! Two nights ago we believe that a snow plow inadvertently dug up and distributed debris from a pot hole that was coming undone. Black sticky stuff has been spread up the road and on our driveway (only a little on our driveway). The debris is a a hazard, and of course, the pot hole is too. We hope that the street can be cleaned up sooner rather than later please.
Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. At the corners of Leonard Springs and Tapp Rd and the corner of Leonard Springs and Fairington there are deep ruts that are hard to see at night as well as with snow. These could do a lot of damage to a car. Please fill them in.
My mailbox has been damaged by the snow plows. The door to my mailbox has been ripped off and one side is starting to come apart. I am wondering who I need to contact about getting this fixed/replaced.
The speed bumps on Allen St are broken. There are bolts sticking out of the road. Never-ending cars driving over them. The kids on scooters are going to wipe out when they hit the bolts. They were damaged when the snow plows came through. Fix this! Now!
407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.

There is a large pothole on the north side of the circular median between 500 and 501 South Arbutus that needs to be filled in. This pothole is caused in part by city garbage, recycling, and snow plow trucks that are too large to turn around in in the cul-de-sac. I reported this problem earlier this week. The ticket was marked as "resolved" but nothing was done.
Can't zone in on the location. It's the north-south alley running from Atwater to Hunter, just east of the Subway on Atwater, right before 914 Atwater, about halfway down. Where the pavement turns to gravel, there is a bad drop-off that could do real damage if a driver didn't see it (under snow or in the dark).
