Other: Can't zone in on the location. It's the north-south alley running from Atwater to Hunter, just east of the Subway on Atwater, right before 914 Atwater, about halfway down. Where the pavement turns to gravel, there is a bad drop-off that could do real damage if a driver didn't see it (under snow or in the dark).
