The stretch on Smith Rd between Moores Pike and Snoddy Rd has alot of broken, uneven areas causing drivers to drive left of center to stay on "good pavement". Lots of standing water when it rains
At the corner of Hwy 37 and W Fullerton Pike There is a huge hole on the side of the street. I broke my rim and damaged my tire and costing me around $500 to get replaced and I know I'm not the only one. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past three years. When the holes are filled with water you can not see the holes.
Water stands after it rains. It is usually quite a bit there and fairly deep.
On February 17th 2014, I was driving northbound on Liberty Drive. I was in front of Arthur Solutions when I hit a pothole that was filled with water. The pothole not only took out one of my tires, but two. Does the city do any reimbursements for accidents such as these? Please contact my via phone. My quick trip to the grocery store ended up leaving me a repair bill for over four hundred dollars.
Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). Thank you!!
He reported this as a storm sewer issue at first and Tony E. told him all we could do is build up the berm to help keep the water from running into his garage. Mr Mcconnaughy called me and said that's not what he wants. He says the street dept. keeps patching the asphalt in the alley and now it is too high and that causes the water to drain into his garage. He wants the asphalt lowered from University St to his garage (he said about 20') so the existing rock berm he already has will keep the water out of his garage. I told him I would refer this to Street Dept.
Customer has a drainage problem Rain water running down the alley and going under his garage door.
At the end of the driveway at 2139 S. Bent Tree Drive, blacktop has been eroding away to a pothole. Water drainage from the street has been making it larger over time.
Can you tell me when 8th Street west of Adams will be patched or repaved? CBU finished replacing a water line weeks ago and coming and going is a jarring experience, especially treacherous by bicycle.
