We have a house located at 1222 s stull ave. A couple of weeks ago the street department filled in a large wash out area in front of the house. That worked great and thanks. I then spoke with your personnel about also filling in the area between the street and the driveway. Filling this in would complete the project and would eliminate cars from bottoming out when going in or out of the driveway. Your consideration is much appreciated. Maple Leaf Drive needs someone to come run a plow down the street. the overgrowth of weeds & ivy coming from the ditch on the south side of the street has made the 2 lane road a 1 lane road. i tried cutting some of the branches and scraping some of the growth off the street with a shovel this past weekend, but the weeds have literally attached themselves to the road. it's too difficult for a woman and a shovel, and it's becoming very unattractive. This is County area so if this is sent to the wrong place, please forward. I could not find a separate form for County roads. Thank you,

Called in complaint of possible sinkhole in front of 3749 E Cameron Avenue. A complaint had been called in a few weeks ago (UReport #159862), and the hole was patched up. She said the hole is back, and it looks as if there is a problem underneath the road that cannot be fixed with a patch.

This stretch on Henderson between Miller and Hillside is particularly bad. I am a bicycle commuter and the worst area is on the right hand side of the south-bound side of the road (in my path going up the hill). Are there plans to repave this section in the near future? Thank you
