Pothole on Heritage (off E 3rd St) close to house #116. Heritage is dark at night, and therefore can be dangerous for the pedestrian. Also, huge overgrowth of foliage on sidewalk in front of 3813 E 3rd St. Obstructs the sidewalk. I noticed that when I get off the bus on E 3rd, in front of Century's building, the sidewalk ends rather than helps the pedestrian reach the corner of Smith Rd so that I can cross to get to E Morningside Dr. This is unacceptable for the pedestrian.

On Winslow Pike where it crosses Henderson the road is quite ragged after having been patched many many many times . It really needs to be scraped somehow and relayed. On my moped especially I have to slow down a lot which traffic isn't expecting and creates a dangerous situation.

On Mitchell Street, just South of Maxwell, there is an area that has deep ruts in the middle of the road....it's been that way since last winter.

the bicycle lanes on both College and Walnut between 11th street and where they begin/end around Steak and Shake often are littered with debris, particularly under the railroad overpass.

Multiple otholes on Liberty Drive, starting at W Third all the way pas the IU Health facility on Liberty;
Terrible utility cut hole on First between Walker and Rogers;
Pothole in front of the "Canadian Apartments" on First, between Rogers and College.

North bound on Walnut street right past 10th street, there's a good size pothole on the right lane.
Also, on north side of the town, coming in to Bloomington on SR 37 Walnut street exit ramp, multiple potholes right after overpass bridge, these potholes have been there last couple months and they are getting worse, I had to drive on shoulders to avoid these potholes.
