The east alley running beside 417 East Cottage Grove Avenue (between 417 and 421 East Cottage Grove Avenue) is in need of repair. Asphalt is a preferred method of this repair (asphalt alley entirely from Cottage Grove Avenue to 11th Street). The gravel washes out on this alley due to its grade. There is a sunken area with ridges around it on Discovery Pwky near the entrance to the ALF- the ridges are getting bigger and cracking the road.
