There has been a "One Lane Road Ahead" sign on the sidewalk in front of our house for at least a week. Yesterday it was moved from the sidewalk into our front yard. There is no road lane reduction ahead, so this sign should be removed.

A pothole is forming at the entrance to the cul-de-sac at Rosewood Dr & N Tulipwood Ct. The asphalt is cracked and starting to break apart in the driving lane.

Still a large pothole, since Spring, and after multiple reports. A smaller pothole next to it and another pothole closer to the intersection with 1st St.

Large pothole and missing curb section on eastern edge of Indiana Avenue in front of Dunn Meadow. Its large enough to be hazardous and we have received complaints about it potentially causing damage to vehicles. Thanks in advance!
There is a very large and dangerous series of potholes directly in front of our home. My neighbor told me to submit a report as it has been here for several months and is now getting worse. This seems like a major public safety issue. Please help us.
