South of 704. The patch crew just stopped by but they did not put in any cold patch on the gravel-filled hole tjat washed out during the last rain. They patched everything else on the street.
Drain grate in front of this driveway looks compromised by the fact that there’s a crack in the asphalt and the grate appears to have dropped some on the left. Might need looked at. Thanks!
The north bound lane on Indiana between 12th and 13th has some significantly uneven portions where the road was patched.

There is a large chuck of pavement missing around the storm drain at main entrance of Hunter ridge apartments. Cars are hitting the edge of the hole. Thanks!

Very deep pothole in front of Fairview School. I tried to avoid it in heavy rain but hit the edge and it gashed the sidewall of my tire. This is dangerous for parents dropping off children and for buses. Needs to be repaired before school starts.
The Shalom driveway is CITY PROPERTY and there is a sinkhole very close to the gas meter. My prior report was closed all ready. Does that mean someone has been out and determined that it is not a safety issue? Thank you.
There is a sinkhole right up against the Shalom building in close proximity to where the gas meter is located.
Weeds growing in accumulated dirt in gutters. I pulled some, but there’s so much dirt they will just grow new ones. On Wylie between Highland and Hawthorne.
