South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. I'd like to report a man-made pothole on the westbound side of Tapp Rd just after you pass through the intersection of Rockport/Tapp. This intersection is brand new and there is a manhole that is installed 2-3 inches below the street surface. The road has a curvature but the manhole is countersunk flat creating a man-made pothole. It wouldn't be so bad except it is in the direct line of tire travel coming out of the intersection. and if you swerve to miss it you're perfectly set up to hit the next manhole, which isn't as bad, but still this is a brand new intersection. I have also observed multiple people swerving into the oncoming lanes turning lane to miss this manhole which creates a whole other hazard. Please have someone fix this issue. With today's low profile tires I'm sure it's already wiped out a few rims.

With traffic that would normally be routing through Range Rd. now routing through the bypass, the dirt/gravel road (and large sections of Range road) are riddled with massive potholes.

this washed out patch is a fairly serious safety issue for cars and pedestrians. Due to recent work on a sidewalk on Clover Lane, orange traffic cones were available, and were placed at the site of the hole to reduce the risk of an accident. City personnel came to see the issue, and took away the traffic cones, thereby increasing the risk of an accident. City personnel informed me that the hole would be repaired "soon" by the fiber optics installation contractor. While I understand that this sort of thing takes some time to coordinate and complete, the removal of the orange cone and the lack of a repair, is creating a safety risk for cars and pedestrians in the area. thanks, kelly

Near SE corner of my lot, an asphalt patch that was applied during the fiber optic cable project has collapsed and is, more/less, a hole at the edge of clover lane. currently 5" to 10" deep and about 12" across. Without some attention, it will grow / get worse, and it is a safety issue for vehicles and pedestrians. Thanks for your assistance.

A cut for a culvert under the multi-use path leading to the tunnel under the bybass has not been repaved with asphalt. It is dangerous for bikers and many are diverting around on the grass. This will soon cause erosion. Please fix this pavement gap as soon as possible.

It's not really a pothole, more like a bad spot in the road that dips down quite deep, large enough for 1 tire. Driving East on Moore's Pike, just past the entrance to Hyde Park, on the right is a large dip in the road, large enough for one tire. Everyone swerves to miss it, which could easily cause an accident into oncoming traffic.

Pot hole from utility cut, just east of cross walk at Hyde Park entrance on Moores Pike, east-bound lane. Has been repaired twice, is sinking again.
