The N Walnut St area near N Fritz Dr where the two bump signs have been placed should be repaired as I try to avoid the offset of inches but, other drivers are not patient and feel they can pull on around vs tailgating. There is a pothole that is forming on the side street at 822 W. 1st Street. It recently formed and had a pretty big cavity underneath it. Enough to cause damage if people keep driving on it and it erodes.
I work days,and can't sleep due to either a man hole cover or piece of sheet metal laying in the road. It's been there for days and is extremely loud and annoying. Can it be removed?
Over a year ago, new water lines were installed along Brookdale to accommodate a new apartment complex on the west side of Kinser Pike. (Aspen Apts.) That construction dug up parts of the yards of the houses on Brookdale as well as part of the street itself. The street was never repaved and the areas that were covered up with dirt become muddy when it rains.
Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. During the year, likely due to heavy construction equipment near my house the street to get to parking has become dilapidated. At this point whenever I pull into my driveway, the bottom of my car is hitting the ground and potentially being damaged.
There's a hole in the road next to the sidewalk, just South of the intersection of Lincoln & Wilson Streets, on the West side of the street. It's been there since the crew was installing cable a couple of months ago. It's a hazard!
The GigabiteNow crews have been drilling round holes about 9 inches in diameter in many streets in town. I've especially noticed it on W 8th and W 6th Streets because I travel those streets daily on my bicycle, but they are on other streets, too. They have not been filling these holes properly and the holes are becoming a hazard for bicycles. They should be require to go back and properly fill those holes so that they leave the surface smooth with no craters or bumps.
Taylor or Young or both trucking is hauling dirt to the quarry behind the motels on Rd46 and as they leave the road they are making a mess and not cleaning it up. Part of the road was recently repaved because of them and now they need to clean up the road all the time not just when they feel like it. I keep my cars clean and I should not have to drive though dirt and mud to leave my house.
