Last year, the section of the sidewalk at Washington and Cottage Grove was replaced, but the workers left a trench in the road that collects water and breeds mosquitos. I couldn't help but notice when similar work was done this summer on 10th street and a layer of pavement was laid alongside the sidewalk to fill the trench there. Probably just an oversight but it'd be nice to get this job completed.

Hi there, I am living at 311 E. 10th street and to the east of the house, is a public alley road for cars to drive back to the parking lots behind the houses in that vicinity. Over the past few months, we have seen increase sizes of the existing potholes that were there probably from last winter or just erosion over time. This alley way is a gravel drive so as cars continue to drive on it, the potholes get bigger and deeper. I was seeing if there is a possibility before the winter to get the holes filled in with asphalt or gravel to prevent our sedans from bottoming out and scraping the ground with our cars. I know that this alley road is a popular road for the tenants that live within a few houses of the alley because it is one of the main access points to the parking lot in the back of the houses. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me to even see if it is possible to accomplish before the first snow fall this year. Miller Pipeline, a subcontractor of Vectren, repaired a gas line on 1.11.17 and in the process destroyed the sidewalk and road. The items require repair.
Alley between Grant and Lincoln at 12th. Just south of the sidewalk on the south side of 12th, there's a massive hole.
There has been a large dip in the concrete in this sidewalk for quite some time now. It is located right when you pull in off of Third Street into the alley between Baked Cookies and Sweet Claire's bakery. The sidewalk must have been unstable when it was poured and one section has sunk down about six inches, leaving a ledge between the two sections. Thanks for your attention to this concern.
A sidewalk was installed this fall. The road meeting the sidewalk was never patched and is in terrible condition all the way down the block, becoming worse with winter weather and parking. I live at 319 w. 15th st.
I thought there was a street tree category but I can't find it. Nevertheless, I need to report a hazardous dead Ash tree at the corner of my property at W. 11th St and N. Oolitic Dr. It's the tree right next to the Oolitic street sign. The specific address is 1510 W. 11th aka Forest Homes Addition Lot 48. The tree constantly drops extremely large limbs onto the property, the sidewalk right below, and into the edge of the street. Due to the size of the tree, the limbs wouldn't just leave a slight bruise if one fell on a person. Obviously, I understand the difficult situation we find ourselves in at the moment, but I'm hoping this tree can be removed asap. On Thurs, April 30, Bluestone will be removing a large dead tree on my property and I am also paying them to remove a couple large, dead branches from this Ash tree. That won't take care of what is higher up, though. Thank you.
