Two deep potholes at NE quadrant of High & Rogers roundabout. One on the westbound approach to the roundabout near the crosswalk, the other right where Rogers meets the roundabout.

Multiple potholes in the traffic circle on immediately on the spurs coming into or out of the circle. Hard to miss. Low ground - often wet.

The southwest portion of the intersection of Rockport and Rogers is getting to be a mess. I am not sure if I would call it a pot hole or the road just disappearing, but there is a big section of pavement that seems mismatched / a hole, and could maybe use some help.
