Large gully/washout running along side Rodgers Road east of the Stands and west of Sherwood Oaks Church on the north side of the roadway In some places the washout is approximately 30 inches deep or greater. Stone is needed to stop the water and protect drivers and the roadway.

Intersection of E. Canada Drive & Claybridge Drive: Storm grate & drainage structure deteriorating. Hole has opened up in the pavement on the north side of the grate & grate is sinking into the pavement. See attached photo.
Two large potholes in neighborhood. First is near intersection of Caray Ct and Claybridge Dr. Second is in Southern Oaks Dr (between Cedarwood Circle and Sare Rd). Very large and deep pothole. Vehicles have to move into the middle of the road and oncoming traffic to avoid it. If not fixed in a timely manor any vehicle damage invoices will be sent to your office for repayment.
Potholes in the 2500 block of S. Hickory Leaf Drive
Richard Moss - 812-639-2296 Complaint is that the road has a steep incline from the center to the curb. This is causing storm water to not drain and leave behind copious amounts of mud and debris. He would like a call back once this is looked at.
