Street needs repaved. Filed u-report 8/14/21 reporting same problem which was closed 8/19/21 indicating hot patch crew sent to area. Street in front of my property on west side of street and extending down to Saratoga Drive remains with areas of broken down and damaged pavement that was not hot patched. The patching is a temporary fix that does not last due to the poor drainage. The drain culvert in front of my house is filled with road debris, sand and dirt. After any significant rain, this collects water which does not drain as the culverts need repaired to allow for better drainage to the road drain near Saratoga Drive. The road slopes to the west which compounds the problem. Was told last year the issue with the water collecting in front of my house in the culvert was due to asphalt that was placed at the end of my driveway blocking the flow of the water. My driveway was replaced in March with nothing blocking the culvert now, and it continues to be an issue. I noticed the badly damaged road and culvert on Saratoga Drive was repaired thankfully. Would like to see the same kind of repair done along this area of Park Ridge Rd , however, the majority of the roads and culverts in the addition need attention.
Angle of alleyway is too steep, can’t get van up it without scraping front and back. Even smaller subarus scrape front end going up. Tried going through alleyway behind garage but owner behind that mows it complained were killing the grass. Don’t know how else to get to our driveway without ruining underside of cars
Pothole in left side of southbound lane
On the east side of Hawthorne Drive just north of 1st Street (maybe 50-75 feet north?) there is a gravel driveway or alleyway. The gravel is spilling out onto Hawthorne and migrating to the south along Hawthorne. This is in a dangerous spot for bicyclists.
There is gravel in the intersection on the south side of Fess and Grimes.
There is gravel in the intersection on the south side of Grimes & Palmer.
W. Graham Drive and S. Rogers has a lot of gravel in the intersection on the west side of the intersection. This is a dangerous place for gravel as people are trying to come on and off Rogers and are using the multi-use path there.
The bike lanes on Smith Rd between 3rd and 10th street have a lot of debris, potholes, broken pavement. That is not safe for bike lanes. Also, the narrow shoulder on 46 just east of 446 has a spot about a quarter mile in where the pavement has crumbled and on a bike you have to move into the car lanes. Budy road, and we just use the shoulder to get to Kerr Creek turnoff. Please repair that missing, crumbled pavement. Thanks
Pothole at the Stillwell entrance to our rear parking lot. Looks like it was caused by a partial storm drain failure.
