Fix this. Second request. The reply before was a supervisor said it was OK. What is the city's definition of ok? Potholes? Erosion? Un-passable by bike and or stroller. Come on!!!

There are several big potholes at the stop sign of the corner of Burks and Kennedy Drive that need to be filled.
8" water valve cover popped off at Hillside & Dorchester. Eastbound lane of Hillside. Cover at base of stopsign/streetsign SE corner of intersection. This is the 3rd time I've reported this in just over a week (1st 2x's by phone). Why don't you replace with a cover that can be LOCKED DOWN to keep it in place?
potholes on the Renwick side of the roundabout to the first neighborhood street, nearest the right side of the road where bike riders need to ride.
Bainbridge between Allendale and Elliston has a particularly rough stretch of pavement, but south beyond Elliston has some patches also that could use a repair.
