Potholes directly in front of the house at 625 W 7th Street, both eastbound and westbound. Large number of potholes on the westbound side of the street closest to Fairview elementary.
There is a large pothole in the southbound bike lane on N Walnut St near E Glendora Dr.
Pothole and other cracked pavement on Staats Dr near Hollywood Dr. Closest address 635 N Staats Dr.
The streets around the Cascades Addition neighborhood (Skyline Dr., Cascades Dr., Clover Terrace, Dogwood Ln.) are starting to crumble in many places. The whole neighborhood really needs repaving.
The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. Multiple potholes in intersection at Washington and Cottage Grove.
There is a construction crew working on an apartment complex on Gourley Pike, just west of Kinser. They are dragging a large amount of mud into the street and creating a significant mess. It needs to be cleaned up.
I'm assuming this is temporary, but the road is really rough in this area.
At the intersection of W. 9th Street and N. Maple (NOT "709" as your locator insists) is a long crevice in the roadway, getting deeper by the day. It lies along the south side of the intersection. Many cars no longer stop at the stop sign; they just "run" over this trench so they won't get stuck. Although the area is not exactly a high-traffic one, it gets many children, families, pedestrians—and this trench is a dangerous situation.
