On the west side of the intersection at Covenanter and College Mall Road there is a lot of sand and gravel in the road as of a few days ago.

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

Can the sidewalk and street at the intersection of East Covenanter Drive and College Mall Road be swept clean? See photo attached. Much gravel is on the sidewalk on the southwest corner and in the center of East Covenanter Drive on the west side of this intersection.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. At the intersection of Twin Oaks Valley and Twin Oaks RDG in the Adams Hill Subdivision the asphalt has broken up in a large area and is forming a hole. The asphalt needs to be removed and replaced.

The streets in Windermere Woods are in bad shape in many spots. Pot holes in the middle and where the streets meet the curbs, etc. It is getting dangerous for walking and for biking and is als not good for our cars. We have called the city several times over the past five years or so and been told each time that "we were on the list" for repairs. Please repave our streets. the road wrapping around my house (when bryan street meets Watson) is so worn down that when it rains, the water doesn't run off to the two sewer holes across the road, but directly back into my yard. It's been eating away at my yard. Also cars have now assumed the road is wider and cutting harder, also making my yard smaller. A neighbor said this is the place to request maybe a curb and the road repaved so water flows where it's supposed to. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
