Complained of a series of potholes at the end of his driveway and rough patches down the street outside of residence at 2728 E. Brigs Bend. He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks. The newly paved section in Third street is subsiding. I think this was for the sewer hookup at the new apartment building at Third and Grant. There is a hole forming at the corner of Third and Lincoln.
